My college is nothing extravagant but it’s fairly good and the teachers are very good. The academic pacing is very subtle. Many events are held by the college every month and the college also has a website where important information is provided and students can submit their assignments on the website to their respective portals. Our college has a very large parking area so no problem with parking your vehicles. But, the college doesn’t have any sports activity but they are building a basketball court. We have a canteen and a CCD. The college also provides a bus service. The college also has a book bank and a large library where students can study. Or classrooms are very large but only have fans no ACs. And the placement percentage is 70%.
I chose the course of BBA. LLB because it has many scopes and opportunities like you can work in courts or forms or a company. Many of our teachers are Ph.D. holders and all are very understanding. And in my 3 years in college, I never experienced a del fee hike.
I have opted for an internship but from my knowledge not from the college. So I don’t know the internship experience of the college but I know some internships of colleges under which you can work which are Amar Bharati, Bharat Samachar, Dainik Bhaskar, etc
The placement percentage is 70% and the packages vary above 5 lacs, 3-4 lacs, and 2-3 lacs many recruits visit the college for hiring such as Google, Dell, Zomato, Radisson, essay, Verizon, Mahindra, etc. my plan after getting my degree is to work in corporate.
We have many clubs named as Thirak Dance Society, Zahaanat Drama and Theatre Society, Polaroid Photography Society, Aahang Music Society, Hasgulle Stand Comedy Society, Prosperos Literary Society, Moot Court Society, Srijan Production Society, Conquerors Sports Society. Many events every month like Diwali fast 2023, visits to the parliament of India, POSH faculty program, etc. The college is bussing with students so college life is very blissful
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
