- In this college I like this most is the evening time . As they curriculum is very much calm and there is many lawns where we can sit and chill and also there is many clubs where we can work and develop our skills. And the best part of the college I like the most is they give you a lot of change to get selected in the campus placement and they also offer student to get the opportunity after graduation completion also.
- Faculty are very friendly with us. They taught us everything with the basic and then they gradually go to the hard level. And if you are not able to understand anything they give you extra time to clarify that things.
Dislikes
- I don't like about this college is the account section as they send the fee structure very late. And in exam time they tell you to give they money first then you will get the admit card.
- Here you will not get any betterment paper exam paper like other colleges are providing. If you are failing in something or securing less then you can not do anything which I don't like at all.
Remarks :
Choosing Soa(ITER) for computer science is a best decision in my life as after giving jee main and advance i didn't get a satisfying result so I started to search private college and then I found that Kiit And Soa are the Competitors so I started researching about the college and then I come to know that soa has NAAC A++ accreditation ,which means quality of study is top notch, and it has strong reputation for producing skilled engineers. And there is no interview o round in this just you have to a give a saat exam if you are scoring well then you will get a main to choose of stream. Another big reason to join iter is placement its has a record of 99% placement as it have strong track record of placement with top companies like TCS , Infosys ,Wipro and they hire students every year. The bad thing about college is their payment methods are very bad and they give receipt very late. And if you've given jee with that score also you can take admission or you have to give SAAT exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our faculty members are very much talented as they have been all qualified form IITs or NITs .And our faculty members are very much friendly with us as they teach in very basic way in which a student will understand very easily. And I choose this course as After i have finished my 12th ,I have a urge to become a software developer so I have started to learning code from youtube. The quiz test are done per chapter completion and semester test where very good and they were as per time.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I have done a internship under Dbs tech which is a very good experience as they have first of all told us to get training for 9 month in which they pay us 9000. After 9 month for 4 month they call us in Hyderabad for work and they have assigned us to do the full stack development projects. In that my role is to do frontend part and I have a very good knowledge in frontend like react html css and many more so my team told me to handle the frontend part.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for getting placement is you have to score well at least 6.5 CGPA to get minimum mail but if you are score more than 8 CGPA then you will get every mail of company. Yes this is good year for me as in these year 99 plus companies visited till now like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, MEDIAMINT, DBS TECH and many more. The average package they has offered till now is 3.3 lakh and the highest salary is 41 lac offered from service now. And ITER also give free training like cyber security Aws DevOps and many more. I have personally got 3 offer from ITER one from cognizant one from TCS and one from DBS tech. Here the percentage of getting people is 90 percentage which is more than enough for a private college like this. And I have planned to do MBA after completion of B.Tech.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am now in 4th year and my academic fee structure is 235000 and every year it increases like 20000 for new joining in the year they join . First they have taken admission amount of 75000 and then in that they had taken 10000 caution money which will be given back at the end. And now in 2025 they are charging the 1st years like 295000 per year so there is a increase of amount in every year. And there is Scholarship in my time they are giving 15000 for 70% and above ,25000 for 80% and above ,35000 for 90% and above in both 10th and 12th. But now they have done a new system that you have to also maintain a compulsory 8 cgpa and 80% attendance so that you will be eligible for this scholarship . And if you are willing to stay in hostel now they are charging 90,000 for non ac 3 bed and 126000 for ac with 3 bed. But the hostel fees increases every year like 5000 and it is applicable for all the year students to pay it and they take a caution money of 5 thousand which they will return.
Campus Life :
Yes, life at college is very good and the curriculum is very good as per the other colleges. And the best thing is there are many clubs like robotics and code ninja and for dancing like danza club o danza club for NGO jaago club for literature a SOA English club is there. Sports also there like cricket basket ball badminton and many more and there are tournaments also in college and inter college match also. No there is no such website run for all this but there is campaign for all this in college and they generate a google form at that time.
Hostel Facilities :
If you want to live in hostel then you have to fill the hostel form. They provide three time food in a day. And there is change in menu in every day and every week in 4 weeks there is 4 types of menu for everyday. For non ac you have to pay now 90000 and for ac you have to pay 126000 and they have very clean environment as they had appointed many maids who came in afternoon and evening for cleaning and bathrooms were clean everyday and for drinking purpose they have installed aqua guard in every floor . For pg you have to contact to the broker as finding a pg in your own is a big task near iter and it cost expensive if your are going alone but as I am living in panchasaka nagar near iter here the house rents are less so you can come and find this side.

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
