First of all the college was very close to my house around 1.2 km's that too I travel through my own vehicle so it's was a win win situation for me, I didn't have to catch any train or bus to get their, it was easy as hell to reach their and talking about the good aspects, everything in the college was good, the environment the management but one thing specially is that the parking of the college is too big so we didn't got any trouble back then, now it became more bigger and their are no underwhelming aspects regarding our college. It's the best college I've ever seen better than Mumbai colleges as well.
The teaching staff of CHM college is just beyond the capacity of a tutor, they are well educated, well cultured and their behaviour with the student is so good that we actually not feel that we are in a learning institute it actually feels like home. They consider students as their own child and support morally and career point of view as well.
College organised a placement campaign and I got selected too but my elder brother told me not to join cause he worked in the same company before that, so I didn't join their but college organised it in a well mannered.
College organised a placement campaign and I got selected too but my elder brother worked in that same company before that so he told me not to join but after 1 year completion of my degree, I got selected in a company in Andheri naming "Antraweb Technologies Pvt. Ltd."
Yearly fees charged were around 20000 consisting Rs. 3000 as tuition fees, rs. 1500 as caution fees, rs. 800 as registeration fees, rs. 12700 as admission fees, rs. 2000 as development fees, others categories charged less than general category students. I don't know the exact amount of them being charged for pursuing the same degree.
Infrastructure is so good that even Mumbai colleges can't pull that off. Chandi ustav is organised every December when we were studying their I don't know when it's conducted now. Their were so many books and journals available for the students so that they can boost their knowledge by reading them. I remember that they conduct several fitness challenges like doing pushups, running 100m race with other candidates so that students not just evolve mentally but physically as well. Students do not run any website but we have our own groups in every devision, we take initiatives "how to maintain cleanliness in our college", "how to maintain a peaceful environment in our college", we make sure that balance being maintained in our college.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
