Likes
- Tht it offers a big ground nd plenty walking space
- 2 canteens with different tastes so students can easily choose according to there preference
Dislikes
- Bench and class rooms, bench are very old
- Parking problem, activa parking is paid but still ok but 4 wheeler parking is worst
Remarks :
It was close to my house and it had a good image among people. But it was completely a opposite experience and overall experience wifh this college was not so good , there are better college in terms of study available out there
Course Curriculum Overview :
Teachers are actually good but some teachers just try to avoid teaching and just dont show up. Syllabus is not completed in classes or if it is completed then 40 50 pages chapter is completed in one class, remaining chapter is given as a presentations.
Placement Experience :
Companies show up but very low pay is offered and very low placement rate. Companies with no scope of growth come for recruitment, no one ever throws light on this factor but everyone wants to reduce the low attendance fine.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My course fee is 28100 for bcom hons., this is my one year fee but every semester we also pay 3200 for registration for exams so 3200×6 + 28100×3, if someone doesnt choose hons then the fees is a bit less by 2000 or 3000 rupees
Campus Life :
Infrastructure is not good and alot of fights and clubs are litetally friend circles. A lot of money is soaked by the clubs and parties for personal benefits and they dont actually solve a problem in the college, they are just running business.

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
