This college is for students who want to seek research work in pharmacy. It is also the first pharmacy college of india. Most of the Faculties are phd holders and have experience of more than 3-4 years.
Currently i am in first year in bpt course so I haven’t done any internships. But my seniors of second, third and fourth year get posting and internships in hospitals and opds regularly. The opportunity is quite high for pharmacy related background.
Job opportunity is there students doing mba in pharmaceutical management and healthcare management, m pharm . In bpt course you will be given posting to hospital and opds from second year only. The internships are available for bpt and b pharm students
Year fees for general is quite high despite being a college under delhi government. Fees for the first semester is 56000 and for second semester is 35000 For Sc and ST, the yearly fees is 26000 only.

Hostel is available to students coming from different states. Your home should be in more than 200 km from the college. Hostel fees is affordable to the students. Hostel fees along mess fees is 40000 per year. Anti ragging committee is also there. Mess food is fine.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
