- College is very good....All the building roads are very cleans...and at night also it is safe for girls...overall I like it
- Infrastructure are well organised... Faculties are very welcoming...They help us very much...overall campus life is good...No ragging occurs here..
Dislikes
- Dogs are present in the campus road...So we are afraid of this...Some seniors has discussed the whole thing with Dean mam... probably she will help us...
- In a place water is occluded...so in rainy reason it will be problematic for us...I will be greatful of college authority if they kindly look upto this matter
Remarks :
Overall ranking was good....The hospital is very large...So many beds in hospital...So I thought clinical exposure would be better...So I took admission..I think Teachers are caring towards students and they are more focused on the student's clinical knowledge and experience.... Admission procedure is very easy...No cheating occured.... Everything through the online counseling....No any other hidden process...You will appear all india NEET counseling...THEN select deemed university and then select college names...More than 350 is needed to get admission in IMS AND SUM HOSPITAL...
Course Curriculum Overview :
Qualification of faculty are very good...MBBS is my hobby...I want to help the Indians through their serving...All 3 internals and one main professional examination happens...75% attendance needed etc..
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is compulsory here...Weekly 6 days,,8-9 hours per day duty will have to be done...fees is 26000 per year... which is quite less than other government colleges of ODISHA....ONE CO INTERN will be present always....You need 4 th year completion certificate..then only you can join internship...means you have to pass 4 th year professional examination etc...
Placement Experience :
After internship you can do JUNIOR RESIDENCY from here ..After that Senior residency can be done.. Sallery for internship are now 26000....but I think Internship sallery should increase...One can also do neet pg through NEET PG examination....
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tution fees is 19 lakh 60 thousand per year according to my admission yr...Now the fees has increased.. it's now 20 lakh...3 BED NON AC bed charge is 50,000 per year...2 bed non AC is 90 thousand per year...and two bed ac has 1 lakh 10 thousand per year....Mess fees was less43,200 per year) but from 2024 it has increased to 48000 per year....food quality was average,,,not so good and no so bad....food quantity given is good...The registration fee during professional examination is 7500 per year... CAUTION MONEY IS 5000.. which is refundable after completion of course...Besides these no other charges till now...Teachers are good...The NRI QUOTA fees is approx 40 lakh per year...DEAN and other facilities are very good
Campus Life :
The campus is very big....The decoration is still going on ..So many buildings construction is going on...EVERY year fresher's programme is conducted and Also IMPULSE is done....Many cultural programme and one star night and dj night is done to entertain students.... Library has so much facilities...Campus 2 has sports ground where volley ball busket ball badminton court present....
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I stays in hostel..Here everyone is very much cooperative....3 warden are presetflorewise..besides these security guards are also present....Hostel is very much safe for girls...Seniors are so much helpful...Mess fees is 48,200...3 bed non AC charges is 50,000 per year..2 bed non AC is 90000 and 2 bed ac is 1,10,000.,.overall Hostel environment is very good.. College mams are superintendent of hostel...If any problem occurs regarding food or any other issues,,they come to solve that

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
