- I loved the infrastructure and the facilities. They are supportive and they also co operate with any of your problem, either you are working with a research paper or be it a project, they are helpful and they understand every aspect of a student.
- The campus life in the college is good and it is also a great experience to be able to be with the people of various cultures and to be able to experience various events and fests and the people of different different courses working together.
Dislikes
- The canteen food can surely be improved, the price is slightly overpriced as for a student and the taste is also not so good as per the standards.
- The sports facilities are very limited and we need to just be limited to the indoor games.
Remarks :
I choose this college because of the good and helpful reviews available online and on various websites. I didn't have to go through any type of interviews or GD but rather it was all on the basis of CET which is common entrance test and the admission is according to the merit and rank. I prepared for the CET through YouTube and the content available for the IP CET on YouTube is enough to crack it.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is easy, and understanding and it doesn't pressurize the students to forcefully put themselves into only one thing which is to study. Academic culture is good and the professors are highly qualified and experienced their teaching method and style is fine and they do their best with the students. I choose this course for various reason which are this is a good college, theoretically and practically as well and the amount of efforts that a teachers puts into you is appreciated. The exam are conducted at the end of semester however there is CIE which is Continuous Internal Evaluation which takes place every month and evaluates students based on their knowledge.
Placement Experience :
The placement drives takes place in the college and the there are several companies who come to the college for the placement, there is a separate placement cell which make student and prepares them for the upcoming placement. In the AY 2024-25, infosys and Deloitte were the most dominant companies to offer students. The highest package offered was 22 LPA while 4.5 being the lowest. There were approx 70-75% of students getting placed however this number is slightly decreased from the previous AY. I'm also planning to get a job after completing the degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is simple, we need to pay our fees annually. We need to submit a security deposit of 10000 (refundable after completion) at the time of admission. My fees was 131000 for the first year, and then 121000 for the second year and hopefully the third year will also be the same. There are various scholarships given by various companies as well as the university for financially weak students. And apart from the tuition fees, there is no hidden fees throughout the year.
Campus Life :
The campus life is charming and flamboyant. There are various clubs which conduct various events, fests and activities into the campus. For a social person, it is great opportunity to get exposure and the meet social junkies which not only help in socializing but also help in understandings the overall internal management of the college in a detailed manner. College events are more frequent, students can choose clubs based on their choice.

Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
