Remarks :
Admission was on the basis of merit. I took admission because of my brother as he was also studying in this college and my father wanted me to study in this college. Cutoff is around 85 percent in 1st merit list.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I liked history from school times hence I opted this course. Teachers are very supportive and good quality of education is provided. After 2 months Mid Sem Test are being conducted regularly in every semester
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Overall degree will cost around 1 lakh approx.(Only educational fees including examination fees ,no dues, registration fees and admission fees). Examination fees -3910 Registration fees -950 No dues- 1000-20000 vary on your attendance. Admission fees - 21000 annual approx vary year after year.
Campus Life :
Karwaan fest is conducted on February and March month which is of 3 days . Books are available in the college library. Sport is being promoted by the college. Many social groups and clubs are run by the students of the college. Each department has its own club i.e History Association, political science association, synthesis club, aagaz, NSS, NCC and many more.

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
