Remarks :
The fact I joined the college because it is one of the top college in Mysore as well as Karnataka as per to other colleges in Mysore National Institute of Engineering the best teaching and even a pretty good environmental campus for study a well maintained library , nice labs , clean college and the cut off for KCET was around 15000
Course Curriculum Overview :
The reason I opted for Information Science and Engeneering because it has a good scope in future , Faculties in NIE are very good and humble towards students and a good teaching experience , exams are a bit tough in NIE but there will satisfaction time for study holidays which we can complete the syllabus the difficulty level of Sem end exams , I would rate 8/10.
Placement Experience :
There are a good placements in NIE as many companies come for our opportunity there are a high level of chances getting placed in a good company and they even train for the skills like coding skills , communication skills which are very important in job interviews
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees is a bit high because it is one of the top colleges in Mysore ,Karnataka college also allows many scholarship programs and there is a fee reduction for CET(Common Entrance Test ) or any other engeneering competition exams there is difference in fees for other branches like 1-2 lak
Campus Life :
The life in NIE is just beautiful ! There are no strict teachers to restrict you till you are a good student. There a good braks between the lectures, they celebrate the course Party for every branches at the starting of the course (1st sem) Almost all study related books are present in library , and a study environment is maintained in class as well as library there is even a sports events for everyone who are interested and many other activities are preferred other than studies such as skill development etc ., There are many clubs which perform regular activities based on skills and other activities such as dance , singing, coding etc.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for Hostel but as my friends live in hostel overall experience is good about rooms , cleanliness, bathroom, even mess is very good with clean , hygienic and hot food are available with the ideal time

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

Course Curriculum Overview :
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
