- Infrastructure is good. Nice building from both inside and outside
- Faculty is average. They have really good and experienced teachers. But also some arrogant freshers
- Campus life is nice As its raging free
Dislikes
- Infrastructure- there is only one main ground and that is not so big
- Campus life - tuck shops are too crowded during break time or in the morning too
Remarks :
Admission is on the basis of 12th percentage. It varies from course to course. For example minimum requirement for my course is 65%. My reason for choosing this college is the city Dehradun itself. And my college is totally raging free. This college have the best vide as compare to other institutions in Dehradun.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is not bad. Exams and other this always happens on time They have a lot of clubs and co-curricular activities happening all the time. They also have good laboratory facilities for my course. Only bad this about my course is that the classes starts too early i.e 8 AM
Internships Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are available but I haven’t opted for any. We are also assigned to make major and minor projects to boost over cgpa and CV And a lot of ideathons hecathons keep happening all the time
Placement Experience :
University offers campus placement but also they have a short listing criteria fir students based on thier academic results and all. Approximately 30-40% of students have a secure job in my course. My plan after the degree is of doing masters
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
They have scholarships on basis of 12th percentage and JEE scores. Also provides extra discounts for girl child. And also gor uttrakhand students. They also gives additional 10% off for army or defence brats
Campus Life :
Campus size is not that big. But the campus has a really good vibe. Multiple gardens to spend time in. Plants and all. Cafeteria and canteen are also really good. A lot of spots tournaments. Only thing a don’t like about the campus is it’s main ground , it not that big and also its the only ground.
Hostel Facilities :
I am not a part of hostel so I don’t have such information about it. I live in a rented room The city itself is not that expensive. Multiple options available for students to stay in. Approx rent fir a month is 4-5k

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
