- I like that my college is affordable and the teacher are very friendly, understandle and easy to approach. their sincerity towards students make them an excellent teacher and also their knowledge in their specific subject is extremely helpful and appreciated . my college have a strict rule of attended all of the classes . even if the teacher is not present you will be given proxy teacher to attend you . The infrastructure of our college is very nice and the college have too many classes . even some classes have no use. the infrastructure is recently freshly painted and also all the new tiles are being installed.
- also there is a canteen available for students which provide home like meals which is very convenient if a student did not bring lunch with him. also during the college our there are two breaks one at 10:25 perfect for breakfast and one at 1:40 perfect for lunch. both lunches are of 30 min
Dislikes
- the campus life is dead in my college there is not much students that attends college . mostly students that comes from the first year . also some Faculty doesn't know their limits and they often forget the line which is between a faculty and a students. since my college is in very unreachable area of Delhi. there is not much convince to go out . and if you have no personal convince it can be very difficult for you to to reach college .and the college starting timing is 8 pm which is like impossible to reach . any student cannot reach the college at 8pm which results in the wastage of first lecture.
- also there is nothing nearby the college. the students cannot go anywhere other than the canteen to chill and relax .there are atleast 7 lecture in the same day and even 3 lecture in the row which can burn up any student. all the lectures is of 55 mins .
Remarks :
affordability of this college made me choose it. I have given jee exam to score and enter this college . since my percentile was less.that what made me land this college. my percentile was as low as 76 percentile . and the biggest turn off of this college is it's location . it's very far away from where I live and no accommodation present as such to travel to college . the only option I am left with is bus since I have no other personal comvience. and also this college works more on the theoretical knowledge rather than the practice knowledge . which is very impractical for my course since my course is tech based.
Course Curriculum Overview :
the course curriculum is so so . not so good not so bad. but also the curriculum contain many irrelevant subject which have no role in the course I have taken. also the subjects changed every semester which is like learning a new thing every semester. but also I would have appreciate if the taught atleast a single coding subject throughout rather than confusing students with many languages that they may not use in future. also some teachers are good some are bad some are very experienced and some are trainees under the qualified teacher teaching as assistant professor. exams are conducted twice . one are mid term and one are end term . mid term are organised by college . but the end term exams are organised in different semester . also the difficulty level of exams are not much even the student who have studies 15 days before exam will pass .but I can say that in midterm only 2 units come which is easy and the endterm have all the syllabus which are quite difficult to give .
Internships Opportunities :
I have done internship from uneecops private limited and the internship I got is from reference of some known . and also I got no salary and I landed this internship on my own.. my college charged upto 6000 for an internship experience which will be inside the college only and also .the task of mine was to solve sql queries in the office since I was a fresher I didn't do much
Placement Experience :
since I study in a 3rd grade college there is no much placement opportunities. there is a criterion to sit in the placements . you must score more than the cutoff gpa. the average offer made by the companies are 3 to 4 lakhs and the maximum package is of maybe 12 -15 lakhs . the companies that comes are tcs , Infosys and some new startups . also I guess only 10 percent students lands the jobs . mostly students opt for off campus placements. also the university my college comes under gives an opportunity to sit in the placement of any college if you pass the set gpa . such as if you pass 8.6 gpa you can sit in any placement of any college in the university. My plans after getting the degree is to opt for an master degrees and after that go for an PhD in computer science.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the detailed fee structure included tution fees which is of 105000 and examination fees which is of 20000 approximately. apart from this fee no students are asked for any extra fee or any money for any activity. also the fees of my batchmates having category other than me still have the same fee . and also in this fees they will not provide us any internship . for an internship experience you will have to pay extra. and also there is different type of internship for students who comes under economic weaker section also the student scoring more than a specific set sgpa they score.they can get internship . and the college fees increase by 2 or 3 thousand per year. also at the starting of the college you have to pay extra 10000 with your fees as an security deposite which will be returned to you after the college ends . also no money is charged for late fees and also accommodation fee is not included in the fee structure for college bus you have to pay an extra 32-40 thousand per year .
Campus Life :
in the university which I study in there are many fest that are conducted every year and also these fest have many stars coming such as paradox, raftaar etc. but as such in my college no fest are yet organised since I have joined. also libraries are filled with books but they are old. new books keep coming and keep going. in the classroom there are only basic amenities such as desk,blackboard.etc nothing special. sports like cricket,volleyball are played in the campus. there is a sports meet that is conducted every year by the university in which our college takes part in . also there is no social group as such but there is a fashion society in our college which give performances in the fests organised by university. and no website for students run by themselves . there is an upcoming fest being organised by our college called embalazone 2k25.
Hostel Facilities :
there is no hostel in our college . and also the locality is in rural area and there is no pg as such in the nearest locality . People may find pgs in Alipur. but not where the college is. and also the locality is not safe enough to have pgs or even stay in pgs.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
