I had applied through cet which is a commint entrance test for karnataka board . I scored within the ranking of the college cutoff which resulted me in snq quota . No other exams / entrancetets were taken .
Cources provided were very good and the lecturerers were highly knowldegable and experinced with more than 12 yrs in the respective field. The exams were semester wise and the difficulty level was average.
Yes internship was recommended by college in government tool room and training Center , which provided design and manufacturing internships for 3 -4 minths along with certifications . Stipend was not provided .
Placements were not upto the mark . The number of companies visiting were less and only top 10 students had the chance to crack . Only 40 to 50 percentage of students could get placed immediately after completing the degree.
For Supernumery qoata (SNQ) i paid rs25000 per year . Normally it ranges upto 85000 under cet and approx 20L/4yr for management quota . Lab fees ,tuition fees were included . Hostel was to be pais an addition 1l/yr.
Campus life was good enough. Need some improvements in sports and event like activities . The clubs were minimal . Gym and other extra curricular ctivities were minimal . There was one fest per depatment in an year .
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
