- Senior junior bonding and the culture at AIT is really good

- Some Faculties little bit who stress more on attendance and less on skills
- Also there are some issues while getting leave from Administration which is strict for no reason.
Remarks :
It was one of the best college according to my percentile , it really has good placements be it on campus or off one and indeed it's an army college so my parents didn't hesitated to send me here at AIT
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is the one followed by SPPU currently. Academics is quite a tiring process with very hectic and busy schedule. We also have lots of assignment to complete just like other engineering college. About Faculties most are really good, some are just worst. Many of them have PHDs and many are undergoing the same.In other words faculties is above average.
Placement Experience :
Average placements from last 3 years is 14 LPA and median is some 12 LPA. AIT has seen surge in placements in recent years because of many clubs imparting technical skills and mentorship provided by seniors like CP club, OSS club, GDSC clubs. Companies like Deutsche Bank, mastercard, Barclays, oracle do visit On campus. If you are looking for FAANG companies or some 30-40 LPA type companies you have to go off campus
Campus Life :
Life at campus is charming. Most of the AIT is out on walk in evening with very cool Breeze of Pune all around. Also there are lots of clubs for almost all interests ,some 27-28. Also hostel is compulsory for first year then we can opt for out of hostel.

After completing the course there is job in my college,as we can be a tutor,staff and guide the undergraduate students .the highest package after joining after undergraduate is 30000 per month and lowest is 19000 per month as fresher if we join.

The college does not provide campus placement, but faculty regularly share job updates and inform students about openings. They also guide and support students for applying to jobs. After diploma, I plan to complete my degree in IT and then get a job in the IT field

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
