I want to go for bachelor of commerce so I chose this college. I don't want to join regular college so I got to know about delhi University school of open learning. After delhi University i would say it is best if you don't want to join regular college. There is no cut off in Delhi University sol (school of open learning) . Anybody can take admission in this college. You don't have to pass any exam before getting admission in this college. I didn't face any group discussion, interviews or written test for admission. It was a very easy process . You just have to fill the admission form when they are out. The good aspect of my college is that there is no attendance system so the students can go for any other courses and the bad aspects is that you can not enjoy the same things as the regular students.
I had bachelor of commerce. I have to give four exams in each semesters. Exams were not difficult. Every year you have to give 2 semesters exam. Which means 8 exams in a June. One during summers and other during winters.
No I haven't opt for any internship opportunities. So I don't know anything about this question. I just heard about them. I don't have much idea about them. But some of my friends joined the intership so they said it was fine .
There were job fairs placed by the delhi University after a particular time . I didn't go for it. I have my other plans. I am now preparing for NiSM (National institute of securities market ) exams. I am going to give exams of NISM and then I will work in the company as a mutual funds distributor. I think after choosing commerce and then go for bachelor of commerce it is the good option for me as a average student. There were many placements and job opportunities given by the delhi University every year. But most of the delhi University school of open learning students were preparing for company secretaries or chartered accountant so I think there is not much students who go for this job fair.
I was a delhi University school of open learning student. So I am gonna you the fees of delhi University school of open learning fees of the year 2021 . Every year I used to pay 3000-4000 fees for one year. It was for 2 semesters. It was the admission fees. Now the fees structure has been changed. It has been increased. Now it is around 9000-10000 for single year. Also syllabus has been changed. I was from the general category so i didn't got any relief in my admission fees.
So to be honest I didn't attended any fest in the college but many fests used to happened every year which were totally free for the delhi University or delhi University school of open learning students. I think it used to happened in the month of festivals like during the Holi or Diwali. There were so many sports and extracurricular activities in the campus. I Didn't took part but my friends used to go. They also took part is many games and they also won. There were also so many different clubs dance clubs, singing clubs cultural club and many more.
I didn't opted for hostel or room or pg. I have no experience related to this . I used to go college from my home. I didn't tried any hotel mess. So I have no idea about this question. I also don't know how to apply for the hostel rooms or any registration process .

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in .
