I had taken addmission in this college through Cap round process. For that I had given CET examination to appear for Cap round . I had prepared for this examination through utube and self study. There will be 2 or 3 rounds of Cap .
I had chosen this course because I'm having interest in electrical form and I have to go in power sector after the completion of degree. The qualification of the faculty is very high many of them having PhD degree in electrical engineering.
There are many opportunities in college for the internship also . Each and every student's is getting internship in this college according to there ability Bajaj steels limited Role is as a production engineer.
This college provide many opportunities in college throughout the year. The eligibility criteria for the placement is based on the company's. Basically 60+% in all ssc hsc and academic career also . The average package is 5lpa approximately.
Actually I'm from general category so I have to pay full fees in the college. For obc students the fees is 98000 per year For sc/St students 10000/- For NT students - 35000 This is for 1st year only after that fees will be reduced.
There are many events which is going to happen in whole academic year. There are forum committee in each department for the organisation of the events in sport's in cultural and in technical. And also in social activities.
The food is very good there is also and morning breakfast before college starts. In think there is an fees for addmission in hostel i.e 95000 per year. There are many pgs in the college areas also there is good to be live.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
