- The main thing I like about my college is main auditorium. It is made so beautiful. Different events are organised there .
- Second thing is hostel where I made a new family . All live like a family .
Dislikes
- The main thing I dislike is canteen . Bad food is served here .
- Second thing I dislike is faculty. Faculty is not so good.
Remarks :
Someone suggested me this college . Placement is also good at that time . Admission process is very simple through their website filling the registration and then come to college for confirmation of seat .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I want to pursue carrier as software engineer and I got this government college so I choose this . Difficulty level of term exams is medium . They are held after every 6 months . Faculty is not so good here .
Internships Opportunities :
There are different companies such as TCS , Event , Tata 1mg, Adani etc . Different roles are provided by the companies such as analyst role , software developer role , data science role , web developer role.
Placement Experience :
Placement criteria is that students should maintain a good CGPA and should not have backlogs . Almost all students get placed . Different good companies cons here such as TCS, CVENT, Tata 1mg, Adani etc
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The annual fees is 79000 per year with refundable security. It also provide scholarship for different sections of the society such as EWS students and SC students. Those scholarships are provided by government.
Campus Life :
Main cultural fest of college is Anugoonj where different singers come conducted during January February month . A sports annual meet also helds . Different clubs are present which are based on different fields such as music , dance , technology etc .
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is the best place I would tell you . You got a new family . At present annual hostel fees is 100000 with a mess, library, gym, single room . There are seperate boys and girls hostel. Admission is given in the basis of distance .

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated
