The admissions are based on the scores of JEE, CET and Institutes own exam which is SITEEE. Once you clear that you are asked to come visit for further discussions. I chose this college because of its good reputation and brand name.
I chose BTech CSE because I was interested in pursuing coding and problem solving. Some of the faculty are great with vast knowledge and experience and they teach well. Most of the faculty are post graduates with Doctorates as well. The course curriculum was on point but as we were the first batch we were rather experimented on. The exams were conducted every month as unit tests and half years as End sem exams and the difficulty level was moderate.
Many companies which come for placements also offer internships, some of which were Fendahl technology, TCS, etc. The roles are software engineer intern and the stipend ranges between 8000 to 25,000.

They have basketball court, volleyball court, Futsal, badminton Court, gym, pool table, table tennis, carrom, etc. There are multiple clubs which are run by students and they include technical club, cultural club, literacy club, entrepreneurship, cell, etc. The student council body is also run by students.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
