There was a word around that the college has good placement in core field. One can apply for the college through the MHT-CET exam or they have management quota too. The cut off for the following is around 40k merit number in the mht cet exam for other than home university students.
As in the first year the students are mixed regardless of their branch we can socialise with other students expanding our network. The faculty who are teaching are alright not too good or not too bad but there are some teachers who i feel are not well suited for teaching as there perspective about teachers can be subjective.
Internships are provided in the mechanical sandwich branch who offers the final year as an internship. Apart from that I have no idea about the internship things. No idea about what they offer and how much money they could be paying.....
Lately placements have been decent in the core field. The placement in tech field is comparatively way way less than core. The highest package offered is about 8-10 lakhs. I wish to further study masters in a better college and gain more quality education.
The total fees is around 1.5 lakh and can be paid in two installments. Scholarships are provided according to the government schemes on the Mahadbt portal. Students can enroll for scholarships via this portal.
Shivanjali is an annual fest conducted every year around Shivaji jayanti. There are many clubs to join tech related or even for kart making. Majority of sports are available. Small small fests are conducted throughout the year.
The hostel doesn't stand to the money we pay. There is no proper maintenance. Irregularity in the arrival of food. Irregularity in the taste of food. Mess only provide variety but no quality. I would suggest to not opt for the hostel.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
