In 2023 the NIRF ranking of SNIL was 8. The faculty here were experienced and well trained. Admission process was a bit time taking as after the entrance exam(saat) the result declared was late but overall the admission process was good(it may differ from person to person).
As i come from a family of lawyers i have interest in this field so i choosed this course. As this course provides both legal and corporate knowledge it will gives me more opportunities after my graduation. Also it is a time effective course as it takes a year less than pursuing both bba and llb separately. Most of the faculties here are Phd holders and have specialisation in various law nad management field. Per semester we have two exams i.e. mid term and end term. Generally The mid term exam is conducted two and half months of each semester. The end term examination is conducted after two months of mid term. Subject to this it may differ.
Yes I have opted for internship in district court of my hometown . During internships in court , we are called law intern . And from 5th semester onwards , you can work as a legal intern in any law firm you like . But you need a NOC for any internship .
The job opportunities are good. The companies offer great packages . Companies like Deloitte recruit from the college . When you enter 9th semester, you become eligible to sit in college placements . My plan after getting the degree is to go for judiciary .
Fee structure for the course is ?150000 yearly. Each year has 2 semesters where each semester costs ?75000 . The charges for admission cost ?10000(not fixed). And the fee structure changes every year with a little changes .
The cultural fest is Justicia and it is held every year in the month of March or April . It is held for 3 days . The books required for every subject is available in the library . There are various clubs in the college and the notable ones is Frames , the photography club .
Yes I opted for a hostel room and the fee structure of hostel rooms is different for every batch . My room is non ac and it costs ?50000 . The mess fees costs ?40000 and may change with every year . The food quality is about 65% good . The menu is not that good . And a security deposit of ?5000 is taken at time of admission into hostel .
After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement
There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.
for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.
It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.
Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.
Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .
The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.
Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges
Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
