Likes
- What I like about the college is the number of events happening there. There are lots of cultural activities going on
- We have a good ground to play . Also the faculty members are super friendly and helpful
Dislikes
- What I don't like is the infrastructure and facilities of the classroom in my department and the distance between 2 different departments. It's way too long and u cannot interact with them easily
- The quality of food available in the canteen is way below average . They charge bakery rate for some items which is not fair
Remarks :
The factors which made me choose this college are Fee structure Distance from my home The quality of the workshops and the experience of the instructors. A good nature oriented campus. Amount of activities, fests and cultural programmes happening here
Course Curriculum Overview :
According to the faculties, they say that the course curriculum for students are starting to look like spoon feeding. They are not happy about the KTU Syllabus. Especially Anilkumar. He is a genius and is a very well reputed professor in our department and college . He is very brilliant man and he has a wrote a book on graphics which has helped many students and are used in IIT's to teach students
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internships . There are lots of internship opportunities available. Python , Offers from SAE and IEEE . companies like Mahindra, Maruti MRF has also offered internships and the alumni's also help us to get internships
Placement Experience :
The placements and job opportunities are quite good for my stream . Last year we had 70% students placed. But I am not looking for a placement. I would like to drift to the marine field so I am trying to do a 1 year course after this
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure for my course is 10000Rs yearly This includes tution fee, pta fund, sports, fests, workshops etc... Then there are lots of additional charges for fests conducted by union . The complete fees the for the curse would be around 52000 . They might increase the pta fund but I am not sure. Overall it is affordable and the alumni's are providing scholarship for 5 students from each class according to their and marks and annual income. The college also provide scholarship opportunities for students with low annual income
Campus Life :
The life at campus is good. It is the best one for an introvert like me . But the interaction between people are very less. I only know people from my class. This is because the distance between two departments are too long. I'm disappointed in that. There are lots of clubs like IEEE,ISTE,SAE etc and they give more opportunities to freshers
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for a hostel as I am going by college bus. But according to my friends the hostels are ok and the infrastructure is good. But there are only two private hostels with food. Rest of them only provide stay. The college hostel is very tough to get. Only 1 student got it from my class. We get slots according to our rank in the keam exam and the distance from our home. Most of the private hostels are very near to the college and some of them are inside it. That is very good thing from my perspective

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty

Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
