- The best thing about the college is it has a great discipline and there classes with extraordinary labs.
- The second one is the faculty how they always helps the students with the proper guidance and help not only with academic but also with the personal things too.
Dislikes
- The thing I dislike about the college is it doesn't have proper ground for the sports.
- The second thing I don't like is the cafeteria is too expensive that we can't afford on the regular basis.
Remarks :
The factors that made me choose this college was it's budget friendly course, the faculty, the infrastructure, the management and many such things. And for the admission there were no test no group discussion no interview but the admission was based on cuet test that was held for the students after 12th.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course I choose is btech in computer science the reason why I choose this course is because the lecturate in GRT IMT are all PhD holder's and experienced teachers. The teaching method is there are three theory classes in the morning before recess and then lab classes after recess. The theory is also taught by projectors and on the white boards.
Internships Opportunities :
The college have provided us with the free internships and the certificate at the end. The college helps us with the major and minor projects that is necessary to build a carrier in an engineering field. And gives the practical information to us with the academic informations.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placement is you have to be 75% of attendance or above, the student must be pass in every subject, there should be no backlogs. The placement opportunities are availed by the college itself and the students even gets the placement. The highest package availed by the college is ?20,00,000 annual and average package is ?6,00,000- ?10,00,000 annual.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college fees of GRD IMT for btech computer in 2023 was 90000 per year which means 3,80,000 for the full course and it varies from person's financial background. The college do helps with discount in the fees if the student is facing any problem with the fees. The fees is submitted semester wise which is 45,000 and it is with the domicile certificate and the ST certificate. And the additional charges are the registration fees that is 1000 and rest 10,000 for the dress.
Campus Life :
There are many fests and functions that are conducted by the college to get the students affection towards them the fest is held during April and the fest lasts for three day. There are different libraries for departments like computer science has the different library, pharmacy has different library, management department has their own library. Many tornaments are conducted for the students wellfare and for the athletic build ups. There are different social clubs for different fields.
Hostel Facilities :
I haven't applied for the hostel because the college is just 7kms away from my house. So didn't have to apply for the hostel. You can apply for the hostel by talking to the authority or you get option for hostel while admission time.

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
