I appeared for JEE Mains. I got admission in the course Mechanical Engineering Specialization with Electric Vehicles in the Selection rounds. Main aim to choose this course is because of the future is going to be of Electric Vehicles. We can see how emerging future is in the EVs.
We all know this very well that Faculty of the college are well qualified and experienced. Many of the professors are very good and supportive while every college has few of professors which are good in their profession but they don't support students much. But overall experience is amazing and professors are like Friends with whom you can share your thoughts. Exam level is not much hard and the teaching facilities are there like smartboards, whiteboards and for better understanding we have labs. Sometimes they took us to Industrial Visits also to gain knowledge.
Companies like BlueStar Limited, Idemistu, DigilQ Salescode.ai , Coding blocks, etc. offers internship and placements with a good stipend. No of students get intern and placements from these companies. There are some Companies which have Branch Criteria, CGPA criteria etc.
The placement and job opportunities at our college are quite decent. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment and internships, providing students with valuable career opportunities. Regular updates regarding job openings, internships, and placement drives are shared with us via email and the college portal, ensuring that we stay informed. The placement packages are also competitive, with the lowest package around ?7 LPA and the highest reaching ?18 LPA. Overall, the placement scenario is satisfactory, and students get ample opportunities to secure good jobs and internships.
Total College fee for 4 years will cost you around 9,30,000(approx.). It's actually increases yearly. It varies with the year you study in. Tution fee : Rs. 1,25,000 per annum Student Welfare Fee: Rs. 15,000 per annum Development Fee: Rs. 20,000 per annum Examination Fee: Rs. 12,000 per annum and there are other charges also.
Campus Life is good. We have Sports day , Annual Sports day and DJ night also in the college. We have fest also which mostly happens in the month of Feb or March. We have different societies over there in which no of students indulge and enjoy a lot and gain knowledge. Many of the big respected personalities also come to motivate us.
We have Canteen in the college which have diverse food menu. They offer a variety of dishes from snacks to full meals. The food quality is good and the pricing is also affordable. We have PGs there instead of Hostels as they are still under construction. PGs are affordable. But we have Hostel in Main campus which have all the facilities available.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
