Jee mains exam is conducted every year to get admission to this prestigious university Jac delhi conducts several round for admission in this college spot rounds etc take place after jee mains College has good placement record and academic is good fees is tad high for average middle class salaries persons
Course Curriculum Overview :
Geoinformatics comes under IT department of NSUT overall teaching faculty is good and knowledgeable and have in depth knowledge of subjects Timely exams are conducted ct1,ct2,lt1,lt2,mid sem and end sems exams are easy to moderate Fees of students are increased every year by 10 % and various scholarships are available for sc/st amd poor students like cvpsk and MCM
Internships Opportunities :
I havent opted for internship i have done an offcampus internship with cris many companies visit for internships here microsoft ,tower research etc it depends on person skillset on whether he /she maybe able to crack it
Placement Experience :
More than 300 companies visit every year for placements google,media.net ,Microsoft,tower research, College has placement record of above 90% Highest package is 55 lpa fot 2024 batch and avergae is around 8-9 lpa This year a drop in percentage is seen around 70-75% are placed
Campus Life :
Moksha is conducted every year in month of march various top artist perform every year Books are available in central library All types of books are available in library Various tournaments are conducted every year for students every year Many societies are there for students example gdsc,skesjeer,nss etc Hostel has good quality food sometimes it may not be good ,canteen too has good quality food ,hostel fees maybe tad higher for some middle class students

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
