Likes
- The view from the college, the infrastructure is ok ok and the faculty is also good.
- The campus life is average but then you will have fun.
Dislikes
- The thing that I dislike the most are the girls hostel.
- The water supply issues that comes always once in a month.
Remarks :
The JEE MAINS exam is only the one exam that is used in admission process and there is no group discussion or any kind of interview. The factors that made me choose this college was simply my rank and the fees structure of the college as it was in my budget as compared to other colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Bachelor to technology with electronics and communication field because I kind of like it studying about semiconductors and I don't had interest in coding but this branch also has some coding. Teachers are all good and PHd. Holders and are good in teaching.
Internships Opportunities :
I have opted for any kind of internships now as I Am in my second year only and this time I really don't know about the internships opportunities available in this college. Their are various companies that come during placements.
Placement Experience :
The placement and job opportunities are very few in the college but it does take place and the other plans after completing the course are off campus placement, exams of the different companies, and government exams.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college fees from starting to end goes like this:2,000 for the registration of counselling, 10,000 for the counselling fee then fees including tuition fee will be 40000 per semester and hostel fees is around 16000.
Campus Life :
The life at campus is not as good as I expected but the nature at our college the view is amazing because it is present in the mountains region of Uttarakhand. There are no clubs at the college, infrastructure is nice but girls hostels are not good.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is quite nice and infrastructure is also good but for girls it is not nice to live 5 girls in a single room in the second year, the issue for water supply happens every month but now the WiFi is available

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
