Remarks :
The cut off in joint entrance exam for this college goes very low if you are in generally category 60-70 percentile is more than enough for computer science branch. While for other branches 50 percentile is good here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties are not much great, they have a strict checking method also have strict rules regarding the attendance. A students will get debarred if he/she not able to make minimum of 75 percent attendance in a semester.
Internships Opportunities :
There are many internship and industrial training provided by the college in some additional fees which will cost you around 4-5 thousand. You can also approach the faculties and help in their researches too.
Placement Experience :
After getting degree the major plan is to apply for GATE examination for MTech course in any renowned college as the placement record of this college is not remarkable. The highest package from this college in 2024 was 5.5lakhs per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There are many scholarships program in the college held by the government of Uttarakhand for the student with family income below 3 lakhs. The tuition fee for a year is around 1.2 lakhs including the examination fees.
Campus Life :
The college many extracurricular activities such as robotics classes, guest faculties for extra minor subject such as AI, ML. The college also conduct a fest for two days in which students from other college also join.
Hostel Facilities :
The college do not have their hostel, but many hostels are present in the nearby locality (sudhowala). These hostel ranges from 4000 to 10000 according to your preference in rooms. The food quality is just below average.

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
