- College infrastructure is overall good but it can be better as faculty is very good in our college they are really supportive and solve our doubts very well, campus life is also good .
- Anti ragging facility also so u feel safe inside campus but classroom needs a improvement . Classroom are designed good there is a projector which help u having a great study.
Dislikes
- Dislike are that the classroom infrastructure needs to be improve that the bench is very poor nails are coming outside and the fans are not properly working .
- Parking system is poor car parking area not allowed inside the campus and in exam times we have to park our scooter or bike outside the campus which is not safe .
Remarks :
Good aspect of the college are that in this college campus is really good, there are opportunities for the students such as taking part in nss/ncc. The faculty is awesome in this college. Bad aspect is only the infrastructure of classes are poor that the walls are dirty, bench are broken and dirty, fan are not working, lights are not working. Admission process is very easy you can choose your course on the basis of your 12th grade . If ur 12 th grade is above 88 % to 99% you can choose cs branch otherwise non cs branch is the option. There are two type of exam mid and end term semester wise. There is no back in mid term but there will be a back in end term . You start getting back in mid term from 2 year. Textbooks form library and teachers notes are more than enough for mid and end term.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because my father inspires me as he also a mechanical engineer in railway. Faculty are qualified in our college some are from iit roorkee and some are itself from graphic era deemed. There are semester wise exams mid and end terms and difficulties are not much but end terms are tricky than mid term as syllabus is vast.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I have opt for a internship but not by the campus because campus internship are from 3 year . I intern for 3 months in tata/steel industry and stipend amount is 9000 per month. Projects are not much but I learn how to do hand work such as machine work , design of cars , structure of cars and parts of cars.
Placement Experience :
Highest package is 22 lakhs per annum and average package is of 6 lakh per annum. Arround 60 students in mechanical engineering 55 are placed. Plans after Getting a degree is for practicing of a government exams.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees I have paid yearly is 286000, caution fees is 10000, registration fees is 20000, admission fees 10000, development fees is 5000, lab fees is included in tution fees. There is a rebet for sc/st caste as there tution fees is 198000. I'm in mechanical engineering Branch so my total tution is 268000 and for cs branch total yearly fees is 386800. For scholarship u must have around 88-99 score in ur 12th grade. And for higher scholarships you must crack jee mains with percentile of 98.8. if u are not financially stable so according to ur condition you may get a relax in your tution fees.
Campus Life :
There is the famous fest in our college named grafest which held in 3 may -6 may. All kind of books are available in library as there are three libraries so no rush are there and cost of books are included in the fees. Sports are need to be improved in our college as the ground are not well maintained but there are many extracurricular activities such as tug of war, army wrestling and many more . Social clubs are nss/ ncc and our college is doing a clean india campaign which are organised by students .
Hostel Facilities :
I'm living in dehradun in my house so didn't opt a hostel. But according to my friend I collected the information that the quality of mess food is poor but hostel infrastructure is good and locality also .

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
