You can admission in here by cracking JEE Mains with a good rank and percentile. After that you have to go through JoSAA counselling or maybe CSAB via which you will get the seat allotted in this institute. There is NO after test in the institute during registration or admission processs. You can enquire about any particulars but there is no such thing as Group Discussion Round during admission. Your seniors will help you and guide you.
The course curriculum is very latest and modern (specially for Computer Science and Engineering Branch). I personally chose this course because of the growth of this industry and the futuristic scope of getting good package and a healthy worklife. Teaching methods varies with faculties and their experiences in teaching, some use classical blackboard teaching, some use dictation, some use PPTs and other explain the concepts in brief inside classroom and provide respective notes on google classroom. The semester exams happen based on the dates mentioned in the academic calender and the level of those are quite decent.
In the coming August, I'm going to be a sophomore at IIIT Kota, so yet I'm not eligible for any kind of internships or placements. Internships are open for 3rd year and 4th year students, while only 4th year students can sit for placements. The internships are available from the 6th semester (Even Semester, 3rd year).
Eligibilty criteria for placement is that the students applying for placement should not have any active backlogs. Many big tech companies come to our college and offer great internships and placement opportunities. Highest package offered in the current placement drive was Rs. 83 lakhs and average package offered is around Rs. 14 lakhs. About 80%-90% students get placed easily.
There are no scholarships provided by the institute itself. But one can seek scholarships and loans from outside, just the college has to approve its application. Fee waivers are provided by the institution for SC/ST students. The fees varies for different category students and all the information regarding the fee structure is availabe on the official website of our college
Amenities in classrooms features AC Lecture Theatres accomodating 100-120 students easily, libraries consisting of various kinds of books(but you can't study in the library due to less space). For self-studying purpose you can tell the staff to open up any rooms and then you can study with peace. The socities and clubs organize various extra-curricular acitivities and make sure that the students of the college are actively participating and are developing themselves. All the socities and clubs are run by combined efforts of 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year in a hierarchy based manner.
The registration process for hostel is very simple and is executed while in the process of registration for institute. All the details regarding the hostel and mess are delivered at that point of time. The overall food quality and menu of the mess is quite moderate like any other hostel mess, food will be edible but not too much is to be expected. The fees for hostel and mess are included and is around 38000 for any semester. For renting out a room or PG, you would have do it so in the main city as there are better around but problem to that is the time it consumes in commute.

I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages
Its an 100% placement college with internships opportunities at 7th semester The college gives details mock questions whick can be asked during interviews sessions. The college even have great company opportunities
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams
Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.
You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
our course first batch is still not gradutaed so there is no info about placements but there is such help in internship. they also told that they will give placment asiistance from their side , lets see
The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.
I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.
There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
