Remarks :
I am currently B pharm 3rd yr student so in my perspective it is overall a good college and I chose this course because of my interest in medical field and all necessary things were available in this college at moderate fees . Utkarsh is the annual fest and best overall in roorkee the connectivity is nice with gange view and greenery . Competitions and inter University matches organised at regular interval and if interested you can go for competition in singing and dancing talents . If secured more than 80% in semester you get scholarship of 5000 per semester.
Course Curriculum Overview :
For institute and students teachers play an important role Teachers are well knowledgeable here and mostly are experienced with doctorate degree having vast knowledge of subject and good teaching quality.It follows proper PCI AND UGC syllabus and it has regular tests and semester exam are mild to moderate type taking in all students and pass percentage is more than 85% of students.
Internships Opportunities :
I have opted for medical internship at Sir Shardilal memorial community hospital Shamli and I worked as intern pharmacist and learnt many things related to medical and pharmacy at the hospital and I was offered internship by college too.
Placement Experience :
So as we start we the placement the placement record of university is excellent around 90% students got placed at mnc and other associations the highest placement overall is 85 lakhs and for pharmacy 8 lakhs It have association with many companies like dabur,cipla,apple,akems,biotech etc.In industries students are selected for production dep.,formulation dep., qa dept.,qc dept., etc . Overall in every field placement and opportunities are vast.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees is 1.27 lakh for first year and 97600 for 2nd,3rd and 4th year inclusive of all charges of dress, libraries etc.Reservation for defense,caste and other system available.You also gets scholarship for merit and competitive exams.Fees of batchmates vary with scholarship
Campus Life :
A well ventilated classroom with wifi and smart board is available for each classes except ac.Library is vast with 2 different libraries one for technical field and other for medical field and well equipped labs.Hostel is huge with playground and greenery and good quality of food.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel fees in moderate and provides good facilities and changed menu.Registration process is simple and during the admission and reporting time.You can rent for pg and room at roorkee and many facilities are at locals.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
