My experience in haridwar university after 1 year
Remarks :
It's affordable compared to other colleges .The faculty is also good and supports in everything, specially the pharmacy department faculty. The admission process is not too much, just fill the form and get admission
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have just done D pharmacy whose faculty is good and teaches in a good manner, they teach the topic with understanding, if I am not able to understand something then I will tell you again and also get it revised before studying it on the next day
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
You can submit the fees by paying 50-50 or even full. As per your wish, the fees are affordable, you also get scholarship if you have scored well in 12th or have cleared any exam like UBTER. You can do D Pharma from here
Campus Life :
The campus is a little small and during class time you cannot roam around in the campus, you cannot go to the canteen if you are first year students and if you come to college in the morning then you cannot go home before evening
Hostel Facilities :
The infrastructure of the hostel is fine but the food is bad. Despite asking so many times, the food was not cleaned properly. The rest of the rooms get cleaned in 2 days and the bathrooms also get cleaned in 2 days.

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
