I chose this college because it has a good reputation decent placement and was close to home I got admission through APM set with a rank of 17 500 through counselling process the cut off was reasonable for my branch good aspects are there are supportive faculty clean campus and there are various events which are being conducted in her college there are the downsides as there are very few core companies and average hostel good I just prepare for EAMCET basics so no extra rounds needed.
I chose my course because it matches my career goals and has good job scope the PVPSIT'S curriculum is mostly relevant but could use more practical exposure the faculty are also well qualified many with M Tech or Ph.D's and are generally approachable and quite friendly with the students the teaching is clear but sometimes theory is heavy. There 2 semester exams every year with moderate difficulty and are quite easy to pass if you study regularly.
I didn't opt for any internships as of till now, but some of the seniors got few opportunities through the college with companies like Infosys and TCS mostly in tech roles. Since i didn't participate i don't have personal project experience to share.
At PVPSIT students are eligible for placements from 7th semester with a minimum of 60% aggregate there are various companies like TS Infosys Wipro etc offering roles in it and development the highest package is around 16 lpa in AT&T in the year of 2025 and the average is around four to 4.5 lpa around 70 to 75% of the eligible students will get placed mostly in the service based companies after my degree I plan to work for a few years to gain experience before going for the higher studies.
I'm studying Btech at PVPSIT under the EWS category through AP EAMCET Counselling my college fee is 77,000 covering tuition and other charges and it has remained the same for all four years bringing the total course cost to about 3.08 lakhs. SC or St students admitted through counselling get full tuition reimbursement under the state scheme and pay on the minimal charges like lab fees etc the general category counselling students pay a similar amount to mine while the management fees range from 1,00,000 to 1,50,000 per year . Ews and general counselling students have stayed stable in recent years and there are various scholarships which can include government where it come means and the National Scholarship Portal schemes and there are also the private scholarships like Sitaram Jindal which can help the student to pay off the tuition fee.
Campus life at our college is a decent with friendly environment there are few active clubs for the Tekken cultural activities . The library has plenty of books and some journals and the classrooms have projectors and the basic amenities that the students require. As per the sports facilities they include cricket volleyball and various indoor games like carroms and chess and there are also various tournaments that are being held between the colleges just so that there is a competitive spirit between the students. There are student run clubs and groups on social media that keep everyone updated about the events.
I didn't stay in the hostel So I can't give a first hand review of these facilities but instead I can give you a brief description of how the infrastructure and the mess can be there based on my friends experiences. The hostel has clean rooms basic facilities and hygienic but the average tasting South- Indian food. Registration is simple during the admission the area around the college is safe with many affordable PGs and renters offering Wi-fi and meals.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.
The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.
Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.
The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month. The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.
In my college, the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
Job opportunities are countless for the students who are skilled. Both software and core jobs placements can be observerved in a wide range. Many multi national companies like deloitte, infosys, snovasys, TCS, Accenture are tied up with the campus for conducting drives.
placements are good compared to many other college in the area. many companies like deloitte , hexaware , moldtek, ctrls, zf technologies, accenture , infosys, tcs, coditas, rithwik enterprises recruit every year from our college
There are good placements are going on on this university to crack a job interviews and minimum packages are got by some and most got more packages and the more more companies are coming to this university and when we have skill and discipline only we get placement job otherwise we won't get job.
