- The classroom facilities as it is newly built and the cleanliness in the whole campus is surprisingly good.
- The hostel rooms and facilities are good.
Dislikes
- The campus life is absolutely boring and miserable.
- The teachers/faculties are mostly behave rudely to the Students for absolutely no reason.
Remarks :
It is really close from my home and it was preferred by my elder brother that's why I chose this college. No , i didn't give any interview/tests for admission. They eligibility criteria is just 50 percent in 12th board i guess
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was told by my family to do this degree as I took pcm in high school. The qualifications of most of the teaching faculty is good and the teaching method used by most of the teachers are good except few, some of them are so rude for absolutely no reason. There are only one end semester exam and some class tests included during the semester. The difficulty level is not too high , it's easy compared to other colleges.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven't opted for any internship as of now but I'll do it later this year. There's one gaming industry which acquires students from this college every year , it is based in Bengaluru and pays 30k for the intership.
Placement Experience :
Idk I have just heard from seniors/classmates that 8 cgpa is necessary for placement. Sorry I don't have the information about recruiters/no. Of offers made. I don't have the data of students getting placements. And I really don't know what will I do after completing this degree
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Admission charge during my admission was 21,500 rupees And the tuition fees per semester is 60,000 additional 3000 for examination fees so , total 63000 In which there's a 10 percent discount in tuition fees available for only jharkhand students. There's also a caution/late fine fees that if you don't pay under the first month of semester, there's a 1000 fine afterwards every month. There's also a scholarship available for obc/sc/st students called e kalyan
Campus Life :
I'm in 3rd year and there's only one fest held which was in 1st semester ( feb, 2024) since then , no fests. The availability of books and journals in the library is good and the amenities in classrooms are satisfactory but the only problem is that there's no ac. There's literally zero sports activities in this college. There's only a single cricket tournament happens in BIT mesra in which our university participates and they choose team and there's lot of corruption in selection procedure. There's nothing as such as social group, clubs, website run by students in this university.
Hostel Facilities :
I have opted for hostel for just one semester and left. The rooms, electricity, facilities were good but the students are very uncivilized. The food quality in the mess was absolutely horrible, menu was vast but the quality and taste were utterly disappointing and sometimes bugs/insects were also found in the food. Registration process is easy , you just have to go to the account office and talk to them and pay the desired amount then, you have to talk to hostel warden and he'll provide you the room, keys, and all the amenities. "Gondlipokhar" is the locality where I have currently rented a room.

Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
