when I was choosing my college, one of the biggest factors for me was that I had already completed my graduation from this college .During that time,I came to know about the Geoinformatics course which was only available here, and in fact, at that time this was the only college in the entire Vidarbha region offering this course. That really made my ddecision easier. Before taking admission I personally had a discussion with the Head of Department of Geoinformatics. They explained to me in detail about the course structure, subjects, scope of the field,as well as the fee structure, whch gave me clear idea to go ahead
Departmental teachers and some websites helped me with internship. There are various internship opportunities in renowned institutes like ISRO,NRSC,IIRS etc.One can opt for any of these institutes for internship opportunity.Roles during internship periods include cadastral mapping, digitization, data collection and so on and stipend is based on the company or institutes providing opportunities
yes campus placement is there , depending upon your skills, grade marks or cgpa additional course skills , etc your job decided . various companies like sthaptya conseltance private limited and others
I was having a scholarship alotted to obc students, so I paid 10-15,000rs each year. Rest I paid for the semester examination of each year and that was about 575-635rs , it gets changed as per the progressed year .Admission fees is 20rs.As I am a student of MSc Geoinformatics , for the last semester there would a dissertation fees included in the examination which cost near about 1000rs .All of the fees structures are same and there is no increased found as i do have consulted to the seniors of our batch also. Clearance include 100-200 rs based on the previous fees dues someone having. General category students without any scholarship have 22-25,000 rs fees ,excluding examination fees.
despite constraints, students cherish the vibrant campus life . festivals, cultural programs , workshops ,etc.these are where friendship, memories , and a sense of belonging flourish . the shared spaces, though basic, come alive with spirit during events , afterall the campus is quiet good.
i didnt applied for hostel but i know much about that , each room have two or three students , mess facility is not there but there are various private mess around the campus with decent amount of food and pocket friendly.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
