the main factor that made me choose this was its affiliation to the university of delhi , which carries strong academic credibility and recognition. the college has a good reputation for maintaining academic discipline and structured curriculum, which was imporatant for me while selecting an instituion. I had to give a mcq based test of 200 marks of cuet conducted by NTA to get admission here.
fairly well structured and definitely demanding. it focuses strongly on building conceptual clarity rather than spoon feeding, which is good in a longer tern but can feel like a pressure in the short term. the faculty is well experienced and also know what they're teaching very well.
no as of now i'm still making my cv strong so i haven't applied for any of the internship and also you've to find it yourself the college does not provide you any internship at most its a workshop or a training based program but not a internship.
the placement here is mid to low you've to hustle hard but still the campus placement is tough., the highest package that reached here was 5l pa and the compaines that come here are not not top notch but decent and if you're very lucky you might get placed.
the college charges a total fee of 37k per year and this does not include the examination fee you'll have to pay for every semester that nearly around 2-2.5k per semester. the fees is different according to the course like the other courses have a lesser fees.
the infrastructure is modern , and I wont call the college big but its also not small, it has a cafeteria and a utility center a library reading room a girls common room and it also has a big playground and many other things to do at the college.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
