My main reason to join this college is faculty of modern college, almost 80% of faculty are PhD holders. You can get addmission through MHT-CET AND NEET exam score. I took admission in 2021 and my cutoff was 95% for general category. I got admission in my Frist round.
I took admission through cap round so I don't have to pay any extra fees, all facilities are really hardworking and help you in your Bpharm journey, they guide you for different examination that you can appear, there are scholarship facilities MAHA-DBT,I applied for ebc and Rajesh Shri shau maharaz and punjabrao Deshmukh. College fees can be paid in installments options.
Yes I appeared for internship, Company is neulife pharmaceutical and haffkin. Duration of these internship are about 1 mouth, these internship are unpaid, you don't receive any stipend here, I work in QA department.
College placement rate is very low, almost 8-10% and offer students recived are about 2.3-3 lakh avg , college you to get internship,in this internship you can get hand on experience of pharmacy industry. Most of student in modern college are interested in masters degree, faculty support you for the examination which are required to get in good college.
Here I personally think campus life is little bit booring, college is situated in residential area so there are too many restrictions and college don't have huge infrastructure , there are only one building for Bpharm,Mpharm, pharm D. College don't have their own auditorium the college events is conducted in private auditoriums. There are clubs, library club, sports club, Music club etc Very spacious library, there are plenty of books you can pick by yourself.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
