- Placements are not up to the mark. This has been the case since a long time now.
- Infrastructure could've been a lot better. It is overall disappointing.
Remarks :
This is one of the top pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra. It is very affordable as it is a government college. However, this is only true for the aided seats. The admission process is via MH-CET and NEET. The cutoff is around the 99 percentile for CET. Smooth admission process via CAP round. Preparation for MHCET is easy with HSC or through specialized coaching.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is overall good. It is as technical as required for a qualified pharmacist. This a great option for those who could not get medical seats as there is still a lot of respect and healthcare background that comes with this field. The faculties are overall quite good. Almost all are PhDs at this college. The teaching also is very nice. Especially Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics etc. Exams are conducted with utmost priority. Two periods and one end-semester exam in each semester. The level of each exam depends on the semester but they are usually at a moderate level. No fee hikes were observed. The cost is quite affordable. Various scholarships via the college directly, through various companies, and through the government are available.
Internships Opportunities :
Various local companies were chosen for mandatory 1-month internships. Roles range from pharmaceutics to quality assurance within clinical research organizations. There are two projects in the course. Tasks include sample preparation, formulation preparation, and further analysis. Documentation and reporting form an important aspect.
Placement Experience :
There are only a few placements via the college. Most others have to opt for higher studies or look for employment by themselves. Most companies that come for placement do not consider ATKT students. Sun Pharma, NIVA Bhupa, and Vmarsh are some companies that have come for placement. The highest package offered was 25k while the average was around 13.5k Around 15 students are placed each year through college. I will personally opt for Mpharm after this degree.
Campus Life :
Life at the campus is quite energetic. Easy access to sports like table tennis, badminton, carrom, chess, etc. The infrastructure is overall okay. Rx is the fest. It is conducted in February and March. The library has a lot of good books but because of the high-class strength, there is a lot of competition. There is availability of Air conditioners in all the classrooms. There are various clubs(scientific and nonscientific) you can be a part of. These include the American Chemical Society, AAPS, the music club of BCP, and many more. The locality is serviceable. Close to general stores and vegetable market. Rent starts from around 5.5k per person.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.

The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
