- There are some faculties available which are very good in nature and helpful.
- Yes there is no campus life at welingkar but the college building is good .
Dislikes
- The adc department, admin department and the exam department. Because the behaviour of all these departments is very rude towards students.
- The finance faculties are not that good. It feels like I'm studying in school again .
Remarks :
I chose the college for it's ROI Return on investment point of view. The cmat cut off for this college was 85 percentile and I got 95 percentile. The interview process was offline and there were too many formalities for admission of this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The total fees for two years pgdm program is fourteen lakh. Which is divided between six trimesters. There is an additional four thousand security deposit for library which is refundable after graduation. There is tfws scholarship available for maharastra students. Students can get the whole amount as loan from bank. The course curriculum is good but the way of teaching or delivering things is not good.
Internships Opportunities :
I want to opt for finance but there are very few or I can say nill opportunities available for finance students. There is no companies coming for finance internships. Marketing companies are coming for internship only. Till now I have not gotten any internship yet.
Placement Experience :
The college says that it has hundred percent placement rate and the average package of the students was mentioned thirteen lakh per annum. But the reality is different from real. The average package is around eight to ten lakh and there is no guarantee of placements. If I do not get placement from college then I will go to Bangalore to get a job on my own.
Campus Life :
There is not campus life in welingkar. There is just a building on the name of campus. There are hostels available of the institute but the hostels are separate from the college a bit far away from the college. There is no social involvement of the students studying in the college.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
An industry focused learning experience
Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced.
