I searched on the internet about this college and found out good reviews then I researched more and found out the good placement opportunities ,good average packages .So for entering this college I had to give jee mains exam and based on the rank which I got I got Electrical and Electronics engineering in this college .I filled the institute counseling form and on a certain date the selection results were our and I was selected for a course in the college .Then I went to the college on the given date for filling the details and getting the classroom allotment and then got the hostel allotment. So this were the things which made me choose this college.
So I got this course based on my jee mains rank and quite satisfied with what I got as EEE provides good placement opportunities. So all our faculty members are PhD qualified some students are there who are doing PhD from this college so they come sometimes to help our professors in the teaching process. Overall the teaching staff teach well by making us understand everything properly. So in one sem there are two exams mid sem and end sem and before mid and end sem a 10 marks quiz happens of each subject. The mid sems are moderate while the end sems are little tricky but not tough. There no as such fees hike policy and the tuition fees is 1400000 and the hostel fees for 4 years is 4 lakes. So anybody who scores above 9 cgpa in first year gets a 50% discount on the tuition fees in second year.
So as I am a first year student so we do not get internships. We start getting internships from 3rd year.So as heard from seniors we get a starting stipend of 10 to 15 thousand per month from different companies based on the role offered
So,campus placements are offered. To the students who scored a required cgpa based on the company's criteria. So,many big companies like ,Isro,Google, Microsoft, Atlassian, Tech Mahindra, IBM,Infosys come. Then mass recruiters like Wipro,Tcs ,also come. The highest package offered is 58 lakhs which is from on campus placement and the average package is 12 lakes. So most of the students get a placement due to the Mass recruiters. My plans after getting the degree is doing MBA from IIM or a good reputable MBA college.
Life at the campus is good.So there are many clubs in the college which students can join based on their interest. So,almost everybody opts for hostel facility except few who are locals and come from their homes. So in our college two fests are conducted one during the month of September, which is the tech fest Pantheon and during the month of March which is the main fest of the college, Bitotsav .So wide range of books are available in the library based on the student's requirements the student can issue the book or can read it in the library. So ,there are plenty sports options available in the campus.Based on one's interest one can play a certain sport. The hostel food is good but on certain days the food does not taste that good.
For placements eligibility minimum 6 cgpa is good for job opportunities highest package is 1 cr and average package is 6 lakhs in this campus Percentage of students getting placements more than 75 percent per year they are getting after the degree

I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own
"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
