- Faculty members are very well experienced and most of the faculty are done PhD in different subjects.
- Our college environment is very nice and very suitable for study.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure are should be maintained and proper schedule maintenance should be taken for equipments for smooth pratical conduct.
- In our campus no playgrounds which is very bad for us.
Remarks :
I have joined this college to have a bright future and fulfill my dream. This college has a name in Odisha for pharmacy. Anyone can join this college by appearing OJEE exam and there is no GD/PI etc. Students should be +2 science.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course gives various sectors to income. This course deals with medicine and the role of pharmacy. In our college, there are many faculty for every subject, and some faculties have done PhD in their respective subjects with experience. This course is 4 years and 8-semester exams (1 year = 2 semesters). 89000 course fee per year. No scholarship for boys.
Internships Opportunities :
Not done any company internship. I have done only a medical internship and don't get any stipend. In my medical internship learned about taking care of patients. Evaluation of the analgesic activity of medicinal plants.
Placement Experience :
The placement criteria is student should pass the entire semester. Internship done in medicine and learned about the pharmacy role in medicine. Job opportunities are very bad through campus placement. 30% of students get placement. I plan to study at a distance in Mpharm after getting the degree.
Campus Life :
Our college is conducting an annual function named ELIXIR. It's conducted in April, May, June. Various books are available for the course and various journals are available in our library. 100 students can sit at a time. Our college conducts annual sports both outdoor and indoor games. Many students take part. Debates, quizzes, and essay competitions are also conducted. In our college Riponova club and social media are run by our college students. I am staying in a rented room which is much cheaper than a hostel with good facilities.

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
