I visited the campus, the staff is very helpful & kind, all the faculties are from the industry and have a great exposure and knowledge to share with students. The placement for internships or for final placements ITM provides good companies for the students.Yes, we had an interview round for the admission process. All these aspects helped me to choose this college.
I've always been a field job person and marketing specialization can give me that as it would be easier for me to grow and which ever specialization ones opts for has to do field work once in a while ,in the same way our faculties share there experience of themselves and other successful people and alumnis, teaching methods are simple explanation by ppts, assignments, case studies, group activities etc. Exam happen semester wise and the level of difficulty is easy to moderate. Fee's hike can be expected for 1 lakh rupees. But there are scholarship programs for students for which they need to pass an exam or they can opt for sibling concession which is if your brother/sister has passed out from any of the ITM campuses in India from whichever course and you are willing to take admission in any ITM campus than you can opt for this concession of 15% to 20% off on the over-all fee's.
Firstly we go for 2 weeks NGO internship at different NGOs, I got KEF Kotak education foundation as my NGO firm. And the 5 months intership is part of the 3rd sem curriculum, I've got HDFC Life where I've been appointed as Sales intern.
Avg placement for 5 months intership is upto ?25000 pm and the final placements avg CTC is 7 to 8 LPA. Students can go off campus too for placement. The placement department is very helpful to get us job's.
Campus life is okayish, as it's not a big campus, there are more than 20 class rooms with the capacity of upto 60 to 70 students, I didn't take hostel so Idk anything about it, the campus has canteen, 2 auditoriums, 1 amphitheater and a garden space.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
