Well the college has a decent campus, also it comprises of library, canteen, bus facilities, etc. The placements are little less and if you are thinking of a proper teaching staff you will get only a 25-30% of what you were expecting. College accepts the addmission based on cet/jee exams.
The university is Dbatu, courses are not that tough if you study basic then the exam are not so hard to pass. There are courses such as CSE, AIML, ECE, ENTC, CIVIL, AND MECHANICAL. Well I chose engineering because the course helps me for my further dreams. About the teaching method it's combination of decent teaching like previous 10th and 12th class and more specifically conducting practicals. Once in three months exams are conducted where 2 exams are mid sem and other 2 are end sem. Well atleast the college accepts scholarship so you may be able to get discount of about 30k to 40k. The scholarship I took is named as EBC(Economically backward class).
I haven't considered for internship yet but honestly they are important, if you want internship may it be online or offline intership just ask the technical teaching so that they may help you by giving some information or directly an intership with their related companies.
As I told earlier the On campus placement are decent and not that much so depending totally on campus is not good enough, campus placement are conducted but companies like Infosys visit and has very less no of offers. Lowest package might be somewhere 2 Lpa and highest may be around 12 Lpa(Not guaranteed). The college assumes about 100% placement but on an average I think it's more likely to be 25-30% Well my plans after the degree is to look for off-campus placement or either to do Masters.
In campus most of the time you will be in the classroom but otherwise for practical and activities it's good. Well the hostels are there both for girls and boys, they are pretty decent and basic hostels like, 4 people share one room in boys hostel, (Don't know about girls hostel) In between Jan-Feb the sports and other fest activities like days celebration is taken, other celebration are based on academic calendar. According to the university the study material you need will be found in library and also journals are found in extra there are digital libraries(Computers allotted for students to research)
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
