- Library is very impressive and provides perfect environment for studies with more than enough material
- Campus is beautiful with numerous gardens , floral trees, statues,stc; also hospital has good patient flow for practice and learning.
Dislikes
- Library has shortage of fans and ducts don't work sometimes
- Fees is unnecessarily high and hikes are unusual and not as promised plus monetary exploitation by making own rules as cannot extend vacation despite of balancing attendance.
Remarks :
The motto of the institution is itself " Satya Prem Dharma" is a big motivation for you to choose the noble profession of medicine here. These values are very visible in the staff here, they are extremely helpful, caring, and strict about discipline. The criterion for selection is NEET rank 22-23k for the state general quota and 13-16k for the All India general quota. The admission process is direct and you have to sign 3 bonds; 1. Not allowed to stay outside the hostel permanently 2. Cannot go to foreign for 5 years after completing degree 3. Have to compulsorily do social services as part of the curriculum. Fees are higher than govt. And lower than semi govt. But the quality of education is premium and fee hikes are unusual currently. Attendance is strict so are classes, the complete syllabus is being taught but not all classes are worth attending. If you follow rules life runs smoothly here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course duration is 5 years which is distributed as 11-12 months for 3 years and 13 months 4th year. Exams are conducted strictly and are moderately difficult; 2 terminals 1 prelim and then 1 final at the year's end by MUHS University. Fee hikes are supposed to be 180k in 5 years currently and exam fees are approx 3-5k per year. There are various scholarship categories and EWS in general, all Indian students also have options they can enquire about here. Also, education loans are easy to access. Almost all faculties are qualified practicing Doctors from colleges or other top institutions. It's an amazing list of alumni. Faculties are very helpful towards studies and research initiatives but strict regarding performance and classes. Teaching is good overall, and engaging activities like presentations, quizzes, etc are done. Almost all faculties are great at teaching but not all, practical labs also are well equipped. Teaching is the primary objective so Holidays are lesser than other colleges.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is done in college itself for 1 year long, if you take leaves for any reason you'll have to extend the tenure. The salary is 11k but in hand will be 6-8k approximately. Patient flow is good so it's stressful but yes worth doing.
Placement Experience :
Internship is done in the college itself and bond is done in selected villages or the PHC Of your choice. The stipend is 11k but the in-hand value is different. It's exhausting but worth doing as it's enriched with experiences and learning. Nearly 90% of students qualify for NEET PG and almost all get good placement. I plan to pursue a PG in MS ophthalmic Or anesthesia or something interesting unlike radiology and less stressful, unlike medicine or surgery.
Campus Life :
There are various fest conducted throughout the year, such as freshers, convocation, end course parties, and festivals like Ganesh Puja, Maharashtra day, and Holi are beautifully celebrated. There's also an amazing annual function for 2-3 days. The library is the largest in Vidarbha with more than 15000 literal materials and a delightful ambiance perfect for studies. Classrooms are big and air conditioned fully. Sports week is held twice a year and sports are highly commendable here, With good facilities of equipment and places like badminton court volleyball court and basketball ground. Gym facilities are wonderful in both boy's and girls' hostels. Food is okayish but there's a separate room for each student with all necessary furniture with a fee of 60k per year. All social clubs are available including poetry, dance, music, literally, environmental, sports, quizzes, and debate also you're free to create one if not available.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.
