I choose this college as it was a refference through my classes teacher and its also easy to travel as there is trains , busses and college buses from certain points. The College Environment is good and there are organic farming in the back of college also it contains a ground not to big but average but enough for physical activities and events. The College is little in a dried zone meaning not to many outside eating options but there's a canteen in a college where different item's according to the time zone are present. There are also some supporting teachers and also some overhyped teachers but mostly everyone help the students. The admission process was very simply explained and look into as they guided and informed every steps by step process also there are two options to get admission. Firstly through first come first service i.e institutional based i.e. 10% of total seat alloted by this method of every branch and other through entrance exams i.e. JEE/MHCET.
The Course when I joined was COMPUTER ENGINEERING, AIML , DS , IT but in near future it's expanding the courses and multi-courses like VFX , DATA ANALYST and other types are going to be introduced and also it's going to be AUTONOUNMS . I chosse AIML due to my curiosity in robots and also the teachers are well qualified to some avg. Qualified but the experience matters which all the teachers have and make the most part of learning easy rest is your determination to brief and look into it. The total internals exams are 2 which are organised 2-3 months timeframe and the difficulty level is moderate if you focused on the class and also the question are mostly repeated questions which comes in sem exams so a good revision for sem. There are 3 types of fees where firstly the per year fees that's 1.25L and the EWS fees is 70k per year and TFWS that's around 15k per year but you can pay in installments and if you want college bus so per year additional fee of 25-28k for busfee which if good .
The Placements are pretty average where some good companies like Infosys , Amazon comes but pick not many students and others get average placement depending on companies and their skills but there's a special room which have mock interview to make students interview ready and help them improve the skills to talk
The Campus life is average but what makes its memorable is the event's md clubs. We have NSS , E-CELL , ROTARACT, GREEN CLUB and SASH COMITTEE and even more . The fest like AURORA which is inter-branch are look upto which is of 10 days and VYRO , JR. VYROS for intra-college and every month mostly 1-2 event's occur and traditional - formals days happens. The Library is fully accessible of books form study to self development and physical to online every type is covered. There are college football, cricket, kabaddi and other teams where they get selected based on selection by sport's teachers through event's or sometimes through on ground session. The Rotaract is mostly managed by the students themselves and has lots of fun activities through whole sem . Also the starting days of 2 weeks of college there is special events of 10-12 days fir students arranged by them. The quality of food in canteen if average and some varieties including cold drinks and eatables.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
