- The infrastructure of thakur college is the best in Mumbai. No college has such huge infrastructure
- Cleanliness.. The college is always neat and clean.
Dislikes
- Fest. The fest and cultural programme are not so well organized
- Canteen. The canteen is small as per the no of students and food is decent
Remarks :
The college is located near my house and has good connectivity with bus and metro. The admission process is simple and is held online. There was no interview or group discussion held during admission process. However the admin staff is not that good. You can get admitted in the college with decent MHT-cet score.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was always interested in learning how a machine works therefore I choose mechanical engineering. This stream was available at this college so I chose this college. The faculty is good and qualified. The mid terms are held once in 2 months and semester exams in 6 months. The difficulty level is decent. The scholarship is available for needy students
Internships Opportunities :
The department provides internship which are there in core fields. And some of them are paid as well. Overall internship opportunities are available and vary from department to department. The stipend is around 3000 per month
Placement Experience :
For placement You have to opt for Training and placement program for which you have to pay additional 5000 rupees. To eligible to sit in placement you have to opt for this program. The placement program is decent. For core branches, you have to do something from your own
Campus Life :
The technical fest Named Zephyr is conducted in October. The classrooms are well maintained with 2 air conditioners and six fans and projects as well. However sports and not that promoted on the campus.

After completing the course there is job in my college,as we can be a tutor,staff and guide the undergraduate students .the highest package after joining after undergraduate is 30000 per month and lowest is 19000 per month as fresher if we join.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate
SNDT,MA Psychology
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
