- In the campus we have to walk a lot to go any where in the campus
- They do not let students to sit for end semester exams if any fees is pending
Remarks :
While selecting college and researching on nirf I came accumulating the KSOM and applied for the entrance exam After that I gave the exam online and got selected for the course by the college The good things about this college are Campus is beautiful and cleaned But cons are the weather at Bhubaneswar is very bad But the college atmosphere is pretty good over here
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have a business family background so I wanted to expand our business so for that reason I chose BBA The faculties are highly qualified and experienced over here like some have worked for Wipro, infosys Some are qualified for international universities like Harvard University We have every semester for 4 months and in between that we have the mid semester exam and at last we have the end semester exam and the question paper turns to be medium hard level We have a fixed fees of 140000 per semester
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not applied for any internship till now but I will try to apply for any internship my father is talking to some company for my internship and if they agree then I will do an internship in there company
Placement Experience :
Companies come here with internship programs and form the 5th semester And as I have heard for my seniors that the placement is good at KSOM but as I am currently in 4th semester I haven’t received the opportunity to sit for any placement till now The normal highest package is around 8.5l pa and the average is around 5.3l pa My plan is to go back home and help my father to expand our business
Campus Life :
Staying in the campus is good but we have to walk long to go to other places as the campus is very huge and the campus are distributed into many parts and places KIITFEST is the fest of KIIT organised in the month of February Every kind of books and books for every stream are available in the central library of KIIT AICTE is a club organised for educating poor children which is handled by the students of KIIT I am currently residing in a rented flat with 2 other friends

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

Placement Experience :
It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Placement Experience :
The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
