- Will experienced faculties providing quality education and guiding each and every individual in the classroom is the thing which I like the most.
- The lush green atmosphere at the college campus is one of the highlights which I like the most.
Dislikes
- As there are 5 to 7 courses offered by this college the college campus is not as big as compared to various other colleges nearby.
- Another thing which I think needs to be improved by the management is the canteen which is situated inside the college campus.
Remarks :
Biotechnology is a subject that thrills me the most. To pursue my masters in this subject I enrolled myself in one of the finest colleges in Bhubaneswar Odisha which is the Mits School of Biotechnology. This college has an excellent record for campus placement helping various students shape their careers and showing them the path to success. Many of my seniors have already passed from this college and are now placed in many top companies. The admission process at this college is quite simple and easy one can get the required information from the college website itself. All the staff here are very cooperative and provide proper guidance. There are no such interviews or written examinations for getting admission in this college the thing which the college only demands is having at least 50% marks in the previous examinations and direful feeling this criterion one can get enrolled in this organization. The academic fees can be given in installments as well.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This college provides vast career options to choose from such as BSc biotechnology BCA MSc applied microbiology MSc biotechnology ITM. The faculties here are well experienced and guide every child in a very friendly manner.
Internships Opportunities :
This college has the latest equipment which is required for the field of biotechnology as well as microbiology. we students usually do project work on various topics in our college under the guidance of our faculty.
Placement Experience :
This college has an excellent record, especially for campus placement. Various top companies usually visit this college for the campus drive. I got placed in three companies. OG Health Care, Concentrix, and TCS are the companies where I got placed.
Campus Life :
This college is situated in a prime location with greenery all around. Having excellent classrooms lab equipment and trend faculties are some of its main highlights. Various cultural programs, sports, etc are also organized by the college.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
