No, I got admission based on my CAT percentile. MAIT accepts CAT, CMAT and CUET scores. This institute is famous for its placements that keep it out of the box from the other IPU colleges, especially for B.Tech.
MBA is considered to be the most prestigious degree nowadays. It conducts PTM and regularly updates your parents about class performances and attendance. Some faculties here are helpful and provide guidance regularly, whereas some just exist there. The total cost of the programme is Rs. 4,94,000. Rs. 5000 would be kept for the book bank, which means as security you can keep syllabus books from the library and return them after the end of the semester. Also, the amount is refundable.
I got my summer internship from the main campus which is unpaid. I got the other one as well from MAIT itself but it seemed to be fake because there was no official proof of its existence.
The average placement for an MBA department is 4-5LPA. If you're getting better opportunities in internships and jobs outside the campus, then go for it. Sales and marketing are at their peak nowadays with a maximum of 5 lpa. There should be no backlog to apply for the placements. This year, the highest package is 6lpa till now.
Hostel facilities are for boys only, inside the campus. Girls have to opt for PG by themselves only. The infrastructure is good, canteen food is affordable but the taste is average. There are no clubs near the campus. There are societies that the students can join and enhance their personal and professional skills.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
