I have been looking for a college that covers all the syllabus of academics and has a good reputation in the market so that companies will like to come for placement drive. And this reputation has earned MMCOE in the industry. But as it has pros so are cons also this college has a limited campus area so students will not get that much chance to explore extracurricular activities like sports, etc. To get admission to this college, there are two ways you can take admission first is to from CET exam held by the Maharashtra board and another is direct second-year admission for diploma students. The average mark that one can need to get into this college will be around 85% for the General category.
I’m an electronics and telecommunications student and I chose this because I completed my Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications from Government Polytechnic Pune. And I am so much into electronics and telecommunications things so this course is perfect for me. As we speak about the faculty of this department we can say this department has one of the best faculties in Savitribai Phule Pune University. Faculties with wide knowledge and helpful hands. This college comes under the Savitribai Phule Pune University which is one of the best universities across India.
College has a good reputation in the industry so you will quite have placement opportunities in the institution. The college has placements around 80% and faculties will help to get good internships so that students get experience before they get into the industry.
As I said college has some limited areas of campus so you’ll not get a big space on campus it has its best they created this campus such that students will not feel like they don’t have the campus they wanted. As we talk about social college life this isn’t that interesting because every student is busy with their work and many of them don’t have talks without any task. The infrastructure is well-designed and maintained The institution is accredited by NAAC A++ grade. Every department has almost at least 5-8 clubs. And the club culture is very good.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
