Remarks :
Neet exam should be cleared with a good rank to get a seat here. Demand for this college is increasing every year as it is near to Mysore , Mandya, Bangalore. Weather is comparatively on the hotter side. Seat councelling is either through KEA or all India quota.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since it's a medical college all the faculties are MBBS MD. 3 Internals conducted per year with one final exam. SSP scholarship is available for eligible students. College comes under Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences and follows the new CBME curriculum.
Internships Opportunities :
Compulsory internship for every medical student in nearby PHCs and district hospital with a monthly stipend around 30k. For round 2 months you'll be posted in B R hills nearby where you'll learn amidst with serene Forests and hilltops.
Placement Experience :
Most of them pursue MD / MS after graduation. Compulsory internship with monthly stipend around 30k . Competitive exams or direct appointment can also be other options. Internship has to done in various PHCs nearby.
Campus Life :
Social life is almost Nil. New places are now emerging in the city. Everybody is provided with hostel facility. Limited sports are available (Cricket, Badminton, football, Table Tennis). Hostel food is above average with non veg served every Wednesday. Last Wednesday of the month , there'll be a feast . Hostel fee is affordable since it's govt run

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
