- Good Professors with lot of knowledge and they provide us good guidance like what extra courses can we opt for and how to crack the interviews and all
- Campus life is also good but they should have canteen facility and hostel facility for girls
Dislikes
- Firstly the washrooms are not clean, the flush is not working, the basin is broken, despite of complaining so many times no one is bother about.
- There is one girls common room on the 2nd floor but the thing is it is to be shared by the MMS students (girls) and the home science students (girls) but whenever management girls go they to use the washroom or to just rest there the faculty of home science college shout on us that you are not allowed to sit here and we have to leave the common room.
Remarks :
Yes, there was an entrance exam which we had to qualify. As Anjuman-I-Islam's Allana Institute Of Management Studies is a minority college I got admission easily. The admission process was very smooth. Despite being so popular, they don't have good placement partners. This is not the fault of the college but the students there are not serious about the job placements.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I wanted to explore theoretically and practically the human resources so I chose this course. The qualification of 80% of faculty members is PhD so it's a plus point for the students. Exams are being held in the college. The difficulty level of the exam papers is moderate to hard. Jitesh Samant Sir is looking after the scholarship and other financial assistance.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I did my summer internship At Acme Services Private Limited which is in Borivali. I was working as an HR intern and the stipend I was receiving was 4,000 per month. I didn't get this internship from college I found it myself through LinkedIn.
Placement Experience :
Very less recruiters are visiting the college as of now only one recruiter has visited the college for the campus placement that is Cordelia Cruises and the rest of the college is asking to go for the interview at a particular address.
Campus Life :
During our first year, they didn't organize any fest except the sports day (Zeal), and we didn't get the freshers party. Yes, the library has lots of books firstly the library used to open by 11:30 a.m. but now it is open from 9 a.m. The college doesn't have a canteen and there is only a boy's hostel next to the college.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Average college provide average facilities

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.

The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
