- Placement , the Name RVCE in Bangalore is a respect , faculty and the course are the best , chosen according to the needs and for the beat of the students and the events ofcourse.
- Supporting faculty and mentors for each student and focusing of students and teachers interaction.
Dislikes
- Construction work going right now and this has affected the playing ground as we are left with only one now.
- Hostel timings is 10 for boys and even worst for girls till 7:30 in the evening. Gym is not that good and the timings are just …… bad!!
Remarks :
It is the top college in terms of placement, opportunities and also the events. It is now a university so there is a-lot of construction working going inside the college. No ragging in any way. Very friendly staff and the seniors. The admissions is mainly through three ways 1. CET 2.COMEDK 3.Management The fee is different in all cases. I have taken admission through my CET. Comedk fee is around 2.5L p.a. and the management seat varies for respective courses
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are professors with minimum of m.tech degrees and many professors hold doctorate as well. There is no fee hike . Whatever you pay at the beginning, it remains same for next four years. The time table is very strict. You have tests every month and finally sem ends immediately but u get 1 or 2 days time gap for each subject in sem end exams but tests are conducted 2 in a day.
Internships Opportunities :
There are many college internship opportunity tied up with MNCs which the faculty let us know. We can grab internship from outside in the given period of time before 3rd year starts for 6 -8 weeks of duration.
Placement Experience :
Here is where this college outshines each and every college in Bangalore and as well as non iit and non nit colleges in India. There is placements in cse ise and ece the maximum and other departments alo get many opportunities which is the best . So departmentwise placements are really shocking.The minimum percentage would be 7CGPA to sit in all the company placement rounds.
Campus Life :
Fest is good and there are two major events by the name of e- summit and the 8mile and a few events as well . Classes are very good spacious and with the smart learning and the library is good as well. Sports opportunities are very good as it is under vtu so there is inter college events every year and few events within the college for the students by the clubs. Hostels are very neat and clean with good food and fresh every day( major con* only veg food). Separate hostels for all the juniors and seniors. Wifi and a separate website is provided to students to login and get all the information about their academics. There are many pg and also rented apartments near by and many students choose that too.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
